Our expert staff have a wealth of experience in the industry and you will gain practical skills by working closely with local childcare providers. We aim to equip you with the knowledge and abilities to deliver a first-class service as well as enable you to progress onto supervisory and management levels.
Entry Level 3 in Caring for Children
This qualification is designed to interest and encourage your understanding of the skills needed to care for a baby or young child. This course is also suitable for parents who wish to develop parenting skills and life skills, including those with special educational needs or where English is not your first language. Units taught will develop skills for reading and writing alongside developing an understanding of childcare.

Childcare – Level 1

Childminding – Level 3 Award
If you are interested in a career in Childminding, this course is for you. You will develop your knowledge and understanding that will help you cover everything you need to begin a career in home-based childcare as a registered childminder. This qualification is also intended to help existing childcare professionals improve their expertise and advice on setting up a your own childcaring business.
This Level 3 Award provides learners with the knowledge required to work with children in a home-based childcare setting. Areas covered include:

- Safeguarding and child protection.
- Health and safety.
